Seasoned management professional leading secretariat operations and reporting directly to the Country Managing Partner at KPMG Pakistan. Proficient in administrative oversight, team leadership, strategic planning, and event management, with a proven track record of fostering cross-functional collaboration and achieving organizational goals.

As the Strategic Group Secretary, I report to the Board of Directors, Trustees, and the Chairman & Prime Donor in Toronto, Canada. Responsibilities include attending Board Meetings, managing visits for various projects, overseeing TWF projects, preparing meeting minutes and reports, supervising stakeholders, and ensuring compliance. Previous visits include trips to Interior Sindh, Gilgit Baltistan, and Punjab for assessments.

As the Manager of Project Management, I report directly to the Partners of Mustafa Associates & Builders and Zurraco Real Estate in Bahria Town Karachi. My key responsibilities include designing and implementing policies and procedures related to HR, accounting, sales, marketing, and commission income to enhance professionalism in business operations.

As Senior Manager of Special Projects & Coordination at Lucky Cement Limited (LCL), I report directly to the Group CEO, overseeing two Managers. My responsibilities include reporting on designated local and international projects, coordinating inter-departmentally, analyzing CSR initiatives, and serving on the Whistle Blowing Unit for Aziz Tabba Foundation (ATF). Additionally, I manage scheduling, project records, travel services, and liaise with government ministries.

As a Senior Executive (Group IV) at Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO), I report directly to the Managing Director & CEO. My responsibilities include liaison with government ministries, coordinating inter-departmentally, managing document scrutiny and follow-ups, scheduling meetings, attending to guests, tracking important issues, organizing filing systems, overseeing travel arrangements, and managing the Whistle Blowing Unit (WBU) under the Audit Department.

I worked at Arif Habib Group, initially with AHI and later with AHCL, the flagship company. As Senior Vice President – Principal Secretary to the Group Chairman, I managed various responsibilities including arranging meetings, managing correspondence, maintaining schedules, welcoming guests, tracking important matters, supervising filing systems, executing CSR initiatives, coordinating with directors and senior management, and organizing travel arrangements.

At Arif Habib Investments Limited (AHIL), I served as Vice President – Group Coordinator, reporting directly to the Group Chairman & Chief Executive. Responsibilities included overseeing offices, summarizing emails, hosting corporate guests, organizing events, supporting senior management, and coordinating travel arrangements for over 100 employees.

At J.P. Morgan Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd., I served as Administrative Coordinator and Executive Secretary to the Senior Country Officer. Responsibilities included overseeing the secretariat, supporting investment banking tasks, coordinating with global executives, managing travel arrangements, visas, and mailing systems, purchasing items, and providing executive protection to visiting foreigners as appointed Security Officer/Coordinator.

At National Investment Trust Limited (NITL), I was the Executive Secretary to the Chairman & Managing Director. My role involved managing the Chairman's secretariat, coordinating with branches and executives, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, arranging travel, supervising mail systems, maintaining confidentiality, and providing protocol arrangements for officials and foreigners.

At China Beijing Corporation for International Techno-Economic Cooperation, I was Executive Secretary to the Chinese Chairman, Director General, and Local Directors. My tasks included managing their affairs, handling correspondence with organizations like WAPDA and international donors, preparing tender documents, and overseeing import documentation.

At CPSP, I served as Secretary to the President. My duties included managing the President's office, composing dissertations, organizing meetings and courses, coordinating conferences, and handling general correspondence. I also rotated through various departments.

At Franco Ferri & Company Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd., an Italian multinational company, I served as Secretary to the Managing Director. My responsibilities included computer operations, textile export documentation, rebate claims calculation, import documentation, and business correspondences.
